Radiating Choice is the eighteenth puzzle in Into the Abyss, part of the Road to Elysium expansion for The Talos Principle 2.
Puzzle Elements
Overview
In the main area, two Emitters and two Receivers face each other. The Progress Wheel lies behind a grate controlled by a Switch nearby. Reaching the Switch requires crossing a set of Blue doors and Purple barriers where a second Connector lies.
Hints
A basic hint:

Have you noticed that the second Connector is completely surrounded by Purple barriers? That means that it will never receive any laser or connect to any Receiver.
That does not mean it is useless.
