The Mechanical Gyre is the eighth puzzle in the green section of the Isle of the Blessed.

Solution

• 
  Use the Switch to turn the gyre until the window is visible.
• 
  Use the Inverter to connect the blue Emitter to the red Receiver.
• 
  Take the Connector and connect the red Emitter to the red Receiver.
• 
  Bring the Inverter inside the second room and connect the blue Emitter to the red Receiver by the first Blue door.
• 
  Turn the gyre until the Blue door is visible.
• 
  Jam the gyre's Blue door.
• 
  Bring the Connector all the way to the end of the corridor and connect it to the red Receiver by the Driller.
• 
  Take the Jammer and jam the other Blue door.
• 
  Take the Inverter and connect the blue Emitter to the Connector.
• 
  Take the Driller out of its cell and bring it into the gyre's room. Turn the gyre until the bronze wall is visible and drill it.
• 
  Bring the Connector back into the gyre's room and connect the red Emitter to both red Receivers.
• 
  Use the Inverter to link the red Connector to the blue Receiver.
• 
  Bring the Jammer and the Inverter into the gyre's room.
• 
  Turn the gyre until the Blue door is visible. Use the Connector to link the blue Emitter to the blue Receiver and the Inverter to the red Receiver.
• 
  Use the Jammer to open the Blue door by the Progress Wheel.
