A basic hint:

This puzzle embraces its "escape" theme beyond just the subway. I hope you like to move items.
The end goal:

You will need two jammers to access the subway car. It may be helpful to think backwards. Eyes on the prize, everything else is expendable.
Solution

-
Start by jamming the elevator door. Bring the connector, and travel down.
-
Take the jammer at the bottom of the elevator and jam the other blue door. Connect the red Emitter and Receiver.
-
Move the jammer to the other side of the blue door and jam it. Bring the connector inside.
-
Jam the blue door leading to the fan, place the hexahedron on the pressure plate to activate it. Pick up the connector, ride the fan to the floor above. Follow the walkway until you can connect the blue emitter and reciever.
-
Jump down into the fan's room. Take the jammer and bring it to the upper floor via the fan, set it aside. Take the connector and jump down into the fan's room again, swap it with the hexahedron on the pressure plate. Bring the hexahedron up. A second hexahedron is suspended on top of a purple barrier near the stairs. You should now posess two hexahedrons and a jammer.
-
Using the hexahedrons as platforms on top of the purple barrier, carefully move them, the jammer, and yourself across to the two pressure plates. Place the hexahedrons on the plates, pick up the jammer, and use the elevator.
-
You should now have two jammers. Bring both to the purple barrier near the entrance, and jam the blue doors leading to the subway car. The sigil is inside.
Notes
Completion permanently unlocks use of the subway car for the current playthrough. There is a switch on the other side to summon it, so you won't become stranded if you exit the game.
