From Within is the first main puzzle in the High Plain area of The Talos Principle 2.
Puzzle elements
Overview
When you enter the puzzle, you find yourself in a small room with a blue emitter and a blue receiver. To the left is a small room blocked off by a blue door with a connector inside. Ahead of you is a small corridor with a pair of fans at the end blowing at the entrance of the corridor. That leads to an area behind a window that has a jammer in it. Behind a grate door is the progress wheel.
