The Cutoff Quandary is the seventh puzzle in the green section of the Isle of the Blessed.

Take control of the Clone and use the Driller to drill the lower section of one of the walls.
Take the Platform and place it on the other side of the hole.
Take control of the other Clone and use the Jammer to stop the other side's Fan through the hole.
Take the Connector and place it on the other side of the hole.
Swap clones, and drill the high section of the wall.
Swap clones, take the Platform and position yourself in front of the hole.
Swap clones again, and place the Hexahedron in front of the hole.
Take a Connector, connect it to the Emitter, and jump on top of the Hexahedron to place the Connector down on top of the Clone's Platform.
Swap clones, and jump on top of the Fan.
Swap clones again, and drill the low section of the wall to let the Jammer stop the Fan.
Place the Hexahedron on top of the Fan. Connect the remaining Connector to the other Connector, and place it down on top of the Hexahedron.
Finally, remove the Driller so that the Jammer cannot jam the Fan anymore. The beam between the Connector will cut the vertical beam and allow access to the Progress Wheel.
