Drillers are tools capable of creating holes on walls of a distinct, bronze-like material. Laser beams can go through holes created by the driller, and holes may also be used to gain line of sight with a teleporter, a clone, or another drillable wall.
Tools can be dropped or picked up through the hole, but a driller cannot be picked up or dropped by the player through its own hole.
The player cannot travel through a vertical hole while upright. If a hole is horizontal, the player can fall through or be pushed upward by a fan. If the player becomes horizontal by means of a gravshifter, then travel through a vertical driller hole is possible.
