Solution

• 
  Use the Gravshifter to pull the RGB converter over the blue Emitter.
• 
  Use the Gravshifter again to pull the RGB converter over the redEmitter.
• 
  Use one of the Connectors to link the green Emitter to the RGB converter.
• 
  Use the other Connector and connect it to the RGB converter, the blue Emitter and both blue Receivers.
• 
  Use the Gravshifter to pull the RGB converter back over the blue Emitter.
• 
  Use the Gravshifter again to pull the RGB converter back into its starting position.
• 
  Use the first Connector to link the RGB converter to the red Receiver.
