Overview
As you enter the puzzle, you see shallow water pools with beautiful flowers in them. There is a connector in the main area that is connected to two receivers already, one opening access to a room with a hexahedron and a blue emitter in it, and another connected to a blue wall that leads to the sigil. The blue wall requires a blue receiver to be also activated, which it currently is not. In another side room is a connector.

Take the Connector and link the blue Emitter to the blue Receiver.
