The Talos Principle 2 has 59 or 60 achievements, also called trophies. The Philosopher trophy is only available on PS5.

There is a steam guide with instructions for many of the achievements.

When selecting the "Sorry, not interested" option during the meeting with Hermanubis in the prologue, the credits will roll at a comically high pace and a post-credits scene shows the rest of the expedition team in front of the Megastructure, with Byron regretting that 1k wouldn't come.
