Take the Connector, link the red Emitter to the red Receiver and place it down on the Pressure plate. -

Take the Driller and place it down on the Pressure plate. -
Take the Hexahedron out of its room and swap it for the second Driller. -

Take the other Driller, drill the wall in front of the red Emitter and place it down on the Pressure plate. -

Jump on the Fan and onto the ledge where the Progress Wheel is.
