Seesaw is the eighth main puzzle in the Wooded Plateau area of The Talos Principle 2.

Overview

When you enter the area, you see two emitters, a red one and a blue one, each at an angle, and each behind a wide copper wall. In the area, you find a driller and a connector. Further along, there is a blue wall leading to an area that has a connector, several windows and a blue wall further inside. That blue wall can be deactivated by a blue receiver, and gives access to the progress list.

Since the name of the puzzle is Seesaw, you will have to go from a state where one of the elements is active to another state where the other element is active.

The first task is to bring out the second connector into the main area.

Focus on the red laser first. Can you set it up in such a way that you can remote deactivate it?

To make progress, you have to get the driller and a connector inside.

Solution

Alternative solution

There is an alternative solution to this puzzle that uses only one Connector. Solving the puzzle this way unlocks the "Single Rod" achievement.

• 
  Take the Connector and link the red Emitter to the red Receiver.
• 
  Take the Driller, go inside the second room and drill the wall by the red Emitter through one of the windows.
• 
  Take the first Connector again, connect it to both Emitters and Receivers. Place it down so that both Receivers are in sight, the red laser goes through the Driller hole and the blue laser is blocked by the bronze wall.
• 
  Walk inside the second room and pick up the Driller. Drill the wall by the blue Emitter so that the blue laser goes through the wall.
