Quantum Tunneling is the first main puzzle in the Wooded Plateau area of The Talos Principle 2.
Puzzle Elements
Overview
As you enter the puzzle, you find two rooms on either side, each having a copper wall on one side and a purple barrier on the other. Inside each room is a driller. In front is another purple barrier next to a copper wall that leads to another room with two pressure plates, which control access to the progress wheel.

Since drillers cannot be moved through their own holes, you have to aim across the room

Every time you want to move one of the drillers, keep it aside and use the other driller to make a hole for it
