Overview
As you enter the puzzle, you find two hexahedrons, and another one behind a blue door. There is a pressure plate in front of the blue door, and a sigil at a higher level.

As the name of the puzzle suggests, you have to put boxes on top of boxes.
If you can't find the right location:

You can jump further horizontally than you think. Look for the helping indicators that show if you can jump to a location or not.
Solution

Place one Hexahedron on the Pressure Plate. -
Place the second Hexahedron on top of the other one. Jump on the first Hexahedron, then on the second, and then on the platform.
