The first Prometheus Spark can be found near the entrance to "Castling" (East 1 - 3). While standing in front of the entrance to the puzzle, turn right and walk towards the corner ledge. Look down to a platform where you can drop to get it.
The second Prometheus Spark can be found by surrounding "Alternatives" (East 1 - 6). Follow the path by the wall opposite the puzzle entrance to find it next to a statue.
