The Loop is the third puzzle in the green section of the Isle of the Blessed.

Take the Accumulator and teleport inside the inner room through the grate. -
Charge the Accumulator by connecting it to the red Emitter and placing it down on the Pressure plate. -
Open both Blue doors by connecting the charged Accumulator to the red Receiver and placing it down on the Pressure plate. -
Take the Teleporter and place it on the other side of the grate. -
Walk back inside the inner room, take the charged Accumulator and teleport outside. -

Take the Teleporter and place it back onto the Pressure plate. -
Select the Receiver by the Progress Wheel with the Accumulator. If you place it down, make sure to pick it up again by using the "Keep connections" option. -
Take the Accumulator with the "Keep connections" option, and teleport back inside the inner room through the grate. -
Place the Accumulator down inside the final chamber through the hole in the grate. It connects to the Receiver and opens the final Blue door.
