The Museum of the Simulation is a large building found in the center of New Jerusalem. It is a museum dedicated to the events that took place in The Talos Principle, the first game of the series.
It serves as both fan-service for returning players, as well as an actual in-universe museum since the citizens of New Jerusalem effectively "descend" from the Simulation.
The museum features several areas containing elements of the first game presented as relics of the past, including decors, puzzles elements, terminals, as well as three recreations of puzzles found in the first game.
Arrangers
One of the rooms in the museum features six Arrangers, a type of puzzle that was prominent in The Talos Principle. The six Arrangers can be solved, even though it does not grant any achievement or reward.
Puzzles
There are three puzzle recreations in the museum, one for each of the Lands
Land of Ruins
Land of Death
Land of Faith
