Overview
As you enter the puzzle, you see a fan on the floor connected to a switch, a red emitter at a high elevation, a hexahedron, a blue door blocking your way, and a receiver on the other side of the door.

Since the name of the puzzle is Ascension Awaits, you have to lift some equipment.

This is a game mechanic; equipment kept on top of a hexahedron maintains its place when blown on by a fan
Solution

Place the Hexahedron on the Fan. Connect the red Emitter to the red Receiver and place the Connector on top of the Hexahedron. -
Turn on the Switch.
