Overview
As you enter the puzzle, you see a pressure plate connected to a blue door that blocks off access to a little room with two hexahedrons in it. Further along, there is another pressure plate connected to a detachable fan.

Since the name of the puzzle is static pressure, think about what item usually provides dynamic pressure, but can be reused to push things statically instead.
