Above All That is a puzzle in World A4 of The Talos Principle.
Puzzle elements
Overview
There are two Connectors to work with in this puzzle. It has one Red Emitter and one Blue Emitter, which are initially connected to the corresponding Red and Blue Receivers flanking a Blue door on the opposite wall. The lasers cross in front of the door.

Can you gain elevation somehow?
Solution

Pick up the Connector attached to the Blue Emitter and Receiver. Carry it up the stairs and onto the raised platform, located between Emitters. Reconnect the Blue Emitter and Receiver, so that the Blue laser passes above the Red laser. If the other Connector has been moved, reconnect the Red Emitter and Receiver at ground level. With the interference resolved, you may now collect the Sigil behind the Blue door.
