The Electric Courier is the gold puzzle in the blue section of the Isle of the Blessed.

Take the Connector and link the red Emitter to the red Receiver by the Rail drone.
Grab the Driller and drill the wall that separates the two main rooms.
Move the Jammer in front of the hole and jam the Blue door separating the two main rooms.
Walk around the wall and grab the Jammer from the other side of the hole.
Jam the Blue door where the Switch is.
Turn on the Switch.
Jam the Blue door next to the red Emitter.
Add the Rail drone to the Connector's targets and place it down in the main area. Disconnect the Rail drone once it is out of its cell.
Take the Jammer and use it to open the Blue door separating the two main rooms, placing it down on top of the Rail drone.
Take the Driller and drill the wall next to the Switch.
Use the Connector to link the red Emitter to the Rail drone, through the Driller hole. Disconnect it once the drone has passed the Blue door.
Relocate the Connector to the second area, add the red Receiver by the second Connector to its targets and place it down so that it is in range of the Emitter, through the Driller and the window that is currently blocked.
Take the Jammer off the Rail drone and open the Blue door blocking the window.
Once the Rail drone has reached the end of its track, disconnect it from the Connector.
Grab the second Connector by jumping on top of the Rail drone.
Connect the Connector to the blue Receiver and place it down far back in the second room, so as to see the Driller hole through the window.
Jam the blue Blue door separating the two main areas.
Take the red Connector, bring it back into the first area, and link the blue Emitter to the other Connector through the Driller hole and blocked window.
Walk back into the second room, jam the Blue door blocking the window and finish the puzzle.
