The Missing Element is the first puzzle in the red section of the Isle of the Blessed.

Walk on top of the Pressure plate so the the Activator turns on. -
Take the Hexahedron out of its cell, place it on top of the Fan, and then place the Activator on top of it. -
Walk on the Pressure plate. The Activator turns on the Fan and opens the Blue door so that the Connector falls down. -
