The Simulation was a computer program designed by the Institute for Applied Noematics. During the events of The Talos Principle, the player controls a program living within the Simulation.
Layout
The physical setting of the Simulation consists of
- the Land of Ruins, also called building A;
- the Land of Death, also called building B;
- the Land of Faith, also called building C;
- the Tower and its surrounding area.
Within each land are several worlds; these are summarized in the table below.
