Stylite is the seventh puzzle in Into the Abyss, part of the Road to Elysium expansion for The Talos Principle 2.

Overview

The Progress Wheel is located on a platform that requires a red laser and a Fan to reach. In the main area, a red Emitter and a Fan with detachable blades can be found. Finally, a Clone is locked from the inside in a nearby cell.

Notice that the Fan blades are detachable and can be used for Pressure plates.

If you have trouble keeping Byron on the ledge:

Keep an eye on your resources: the Fan blades must be on for you to jump, and the Clone must be free to help with later steps. That leaves you with two Connectors to open both Blue doors and power the Fan.

If you can't get the Fan blades onto the ledge.:

Remember that you can take an item off a Clone's hand if it is close enough.

Solution

• 
  Take control of the Clone.
• 
  Place the Clone on the Pressure plate and take control of Byron.
• 
  Take the Connector and link the Emitter to the Receiver inside the Clone's cell.
• 
  Jump onto the Fan.
• 
  Jump down the ledge and place the Connector on the Pressure plate.
• 
  Take the Fan blades and swap them for the Connector on the Pressure plate.
• 
  Swap the Connector for the Clone on the other Pressure plate, and connect it to the nearby Receiver.
• 
  Take the second Connector, swap it for the Fan blades, and link the Emitter to the other Connector. Put the Fan back in place.
• 
  Jump back onto the ledge.
• 
  From the ledge, take control of the Clone.
• 
  Swap the Fan blades for the Connector on the Pressure plate.
• 
  Link the Emitter to the Receiver by the Progress Wheel and put it on the Fan platform.
• 
  Take the Fan blades, climb on the rubble and take control of Byron.
• 
  Take the Fan blades from the Clone's hands and put them on the Fan.
• 
  Position the Clone on the Pressure Plate to let the red laser through and take control of Byron to finish the puzzle.
