Guards, also called bombs, are deadly floating spheres from The Talos Principle. They usually move along a set path, but they cannot pass through closed blue doors, so in some puzzles their paths can be altered. If one gets with a certain radius of the player, it will quickly move towards them and explode, resetting the player.
Guards do not attack a player who is standing higher up, for example on a hexahedron or a concrete platform. It is possible to put hexahedrons on top of guards, and the patrolling guards will carry the hexahedron, and any other equipment on it, on its patrolling route.
