In the puzzle, there are two detachable fan blades, one connector, and five hexahedrons.
If you don't seem to have enough elevation:

Focus on gathering all the hexahedrons first
If your connector is slipping away:

Note that you cannot put a connector directly on a fan, you need a hexahedron first. Once the fan is running you can introduce more hexahedrons. If you have everything neatly arranged, you can detach the fan blade and then attach it underneath the hexahedrons later on, if you need to
