Hysteresis is a gold puzzle in Orpheus Ascending, part of the Road to Elysium expansion for The Talos Principle 2. It is only available after completing the seventeen main puzzles.
Puzzle Elements
Overview
The puzzle room is composed of a main space where a pillar moves back and forth along a track. There are two sets of Emitters and Receivers on opposite corners of the rooms, as well as two Connectors.
Outside of the main room, a corridor with two Blue doors separates 1k from the Omega fragment. Mechanisms make it so that the first door will open when only the red Receiver is activated, whereas the second door requires only the blue Receiver to be activated.

Using the Red laser to block the block the Blue one, arranging such that the red laser is in place to be moved away by the pillar. The red laser should be connected first being blocked by the pillar as it is moved. Timing is crucial the pillar will only give enough time for the blue gate to open for a second.
