Puzzle elements
Overview
This puzzle offers the player no initial items. A Guard defends a Jammer near the entrance to the puzzle, and another does the same along a hallway leading further into the level. Beyond this hallway is a set of two Blue doors with a Guard bouncing between them leading to the Sigil.
Hints
[ hint ]
You can get the first Jammer just by timing when you run around the Guard.
[ hint ]
There are no double negatives in The Talos Principle.
[ hint ]
You can jam the second Guard with the second Jammer to get the first one past it.
[ hint ]
Does the third Guard have to be jammed for you to get past the Blue doors?
Solution
[ solution ]
Run past the first Guard and pick up the Jammer, timing your run back so that you stay out of its radius at all times. Jam the second Guard down the long hallway, and run past it to get the second Jammer. Jam the second Guard again, while it is still jammed by the first Jammer, and retrieve your first Jammer. Use either Jammer to jam the first Blue door, allowing the third Guard to enter the same room as you. Be aware of where the second and third Guards are during this entire process, and stay out of their radii. Jam the second Blue door and run through it, dodging any Guards that are near. Take the Sigil.
